About Trazup
We build the systems behind decisions that have to hold.
Trazup works at the meeting point of applied AI, engineering and industry judgement. Our clients are leadership teams who have to defend a number: what a role is worth, what a product should cost, what the data is actually saying. We build the software and the evidence behind those answers.

Our purpose
To make advanced intelligence accountable to the people who rely on it.
Artificial intelligence has arrived faster than the ability to govern it. Boards are being asked to act on figures nobody in the room can explain, produced by systems that will answer differently tomorrow. The reasonable response has been caution, and caution has a price: organisations use these tools for the decisions that do not matter and avoid them for the ones that do.
We treat that as a design problem rather than a limit of the technology, and we built our systems the other way round. Models propose. The work itself runs through engineering that returns the same result every time and shows where it came from. What that buys a leadership team is not novelty. It is the ability to put an AI-assisted number in front of an auditor, a regulator or a board and stand behind it.
How we work with clients
Three ways in, depending on what the problem needs.
Products
Software you can license today, built for decisions that repeat. Hiring, customer evidence, pricing, and the analysis underneath them.
See the products →Engagements
Our engineers alongside your team, in your systems, where a packaged product is the wrong answer. Product engineering, cloud, AI and data strategy.
See the capabilities →Research
Quantum methods and physical AI, aimed at the optimisation problems our clients already hit their limits on. Presented as research, because that is what it is.
See what we are exploring →What we stand for
Four commitments, each one inconvenient.
A principle is only worth stating if holding it costs something. Each of these rules out work that would be easier to sell.
Accountable by design
Every figure we put in front of a leader traces back to the evidence behind it, and returns the same answer when it is asked again. That is an architectural commitment made early, not a reporting feature added late.
Applied innovation
We work on quantum, physical AI and frontier optimisation. None of it reaches a client until it beats the conventional approach on a measured benchmark. Novelty is not a deliverable.
Efficiency as engineering
Our systems read summaries rather than whole datasets, which cuts the compute behind every answer by orders of magnitude. Lower cost, faster answers and lighter energy use are one decision, not three initiatives.
Straight answers
You talk to the people who build the software. When the answer is that we have not done something yet, you hear that rather than a roadmap slide.
Where our work lands
Four sectors where an unexplainable number is expensive.
Banking and financial services
Pricing, risk and reporting that has to survive an audit, not just a review meeting.
Healthcare
Clinical and operational data under strict access rules, with most records kept away from the model by default.
Supply chain
Forecasting, allocation and cost-to-serve. Decisions that repeat weekly and have to reconcile with the ones before them.
Retail
Pricing, assortment and workforce. High volume, thin margins, and no tolerance for a number nobody can defend.
Capabilities
What we are engaged to do today.
Research
What we are working on next.
Physical AI brings the same discipline to systems that act in the world rather than report on it, where a failure is physical.
Quantum covers quantum and quantum-inspired methods for routing, scheduling, allocation and portfolio construction. We will publish results when we have measured them, and not before.
Working with us
Early enough that your problems shape the roadmap.
We are a focused team, and deliberate about what we do not build. No data warehouse, no business intelligence suite, no general-purpose assistant. Staying out of those is what lets us go deep on decisions that have to be defended.
For an early client that means direct access to the people building the software, and real influence over what comes next. If you need a vendor with a hundred logos on the wall, we are not that yet. If you would rather have the direct line, it is worth a conversation.
